Not only do we have top volleyball coaches to train you, but we have one of the top performance trainers in the country. Daniel Mar of Mar Training was the trainer for the Chinese Olympic Volleyball Team that won a Gold Medal at the 2016 Olympics in Beijing. Daniel was also a 2020 Olympic Volleyball Trainer. Prior to that, Mar was a trainer with USA Volleyball.
His clientele is a who's who in the sports world and is not limited to the sport of volleyball. He specializes in sport specific and position-specific training utilizing specialty techniques to optimize your performance and recovery.
